The landfill and recycling center serve the City of Laramie, rural Albany County, and surrounding areas. The compost yard accepts branches, leaves, grass, sod, hay, and straw; finished compost and wood mulch are available to the public. All loads must be secured/covered to prevent litter. Solid Waste Division office hours: M–F 7am–3pm at 4373 N. 3rd St.
