Integrated Waste page lists a Residential Fee of $24/month ($18 low-income); a city ordinance raised the rate to $26/month effective July 1, 2026, $27/month effective July 1, 2027, and $28/month effective July 1, 2028. A second brown cart costs $55 one-time. Since September 2024, all household waste must be in a City-issued black or brown cart or it will not be collected. Construction waste must be hauled to Pine Grove Landfill — it is never picked up curbside.
