Fulton County holds annual Household Hazardous Waste pollution prevention days (free, announced events — e.g. Nov 2022 event at Wolf Creek Amphitheater, 3025 Merk Rd SW, Atlanta, GA 30349) rather than operating a permanent HHW facility; the City of Atlanta also publishes paint-solidification guidance. No city-operated public landfill or transfer station found on official pages — the City's program relies on franchised collection; CHaRM (1110 Hill St, nonprofit) is Atlanta's permanent hard-to-recycle drop-off but is not a government facility so it is not listed per project rules.
